I am a NCCAOM Licensed Acupuncturist practicing in St. Louis, Missouri. New York native, west coast transplant, and a relocated midwestern. I enjoy traveling and immersing myself in new cultures and places.

My philosophy has a permaculture mindset while aiming to combine science and spiritually, which includes functional medicine in the west and traditional medicine from the East. One of the most intriguing aspects about eastern medicine is how the external geography mirrors the internal landscape in the biological human. As well as examining and expanding in areas of the subconscious mind that are integral to resolving chronic health conditions. A formula that consists of; movement and exercise, food therapy, daily mindfulness and meditation are the components of my personal lifestyle. While taking ownership of one’s health and wellness is a number one priority when it comes to beneficial outcomes to treat common ailments such as, chronic conditions, trauma/ptsd, emotional and mental well-being.

I had my first spiritual experience rooted in community as a teenager going to sweat lodges with folks from Lakota traditions. Ever since, I have been on a dedicated path to learn holistic healing systems that include both ancient and modern. My healing journey was propelled by expanding my belief system about disease and paradigms around wellness through my own injury starting out as a rotator cuff shoulder partial tear over 20 years ago. Having to dig deeper into the exploration of early onset trauma and chronic pain, has led me to in depth study of many healing modalities and practices.

My intention is to facilitate personal sessions and eventually group sessions, which are co-creative. Shifting our collective beliefs, cooperatively and courageously so we may find harmony with ourselves and our environment.

My practice focuses on Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), Classical Chinese and Five Elemental Acupuncture, while integrated the latest evidence based acupuncture framework. I am a trauma-informed practitioner. Areas include, but not excluded to;

Chronic pain
Emotional wellness
Trauma / PTSD
Sports injury
Wellness preventative/Health Coaching
